OUR OPERATION
We at Safe Line Tours & Travels are committed to giving high quality service and 100% customer satisfaction by focusing on timely performance of pickups and drops and safety of our clients.
- The roster of operations will make available by the client, to SLTT INDIA PVT LTD at least 5 hours prior to commencement of shift.
- SLTT INDIA PVT LTD will ensure the travel time total does not exceed 90 minutes for normal routes and 120 minutes on designated routes during peak hours timings when traffic bottlenecks exist, barring unforeseen circumstances.
- The offer is on the basis of only one schedule round trip per route day at the timings fixed as per chart.
- SLTT INDIA PVT LTD will have sufficient back up arrangements for supporting scheduled trips.
- We shall provide a safe and comfortable journey to the agents within a maximum travel time of one hour and forty-five minutes per route.
- All vehicles will have drivers qualified to do the job with proper training and good turnout.
- All our drivers will be in uniformed dress code (W&W), With Company ID Card.

FLEET MANAGEMENT
Safe Line Tours & Travels hereby propose to provide the transportation solution, on the following terms and conditions: -
- We shall ensure that vehicles report with agents at the client premises within prescribed time.
- We shall be deploying TEMPO 12 Seater, TAVERA, XYLO with 7+1 Seater and INDICA, Sedan 4+1 Seater.(AC & Non-AC)
- We shall provide vehicles certified for mechanical fitness and shall maintain cleanliness of vehicle inside and outside.
