We are
providing Tours & Travels since 2012 in the name of Chennai Metro Cabs and move forward as SLTT INDIA PVT LTD in 2020. SLTT INDIA PVT LTD is a cab / transport service provider to MNC, IT, BPO, Manufacturing, Shuttle, RAC in and around Chennai, Coimbatore cities. We provide total and specialized transport solution for employee communication to / from their work place in timely cost effective and safe manner. We have successfully developed and implemented complete vehicle fleet management / time office solution for more than 1200 employees with different clients.

Our Fleet – Control system:
- Through selection process for drivers, providing training on customer handling & adherence to safety norms, periodic checks for maintenance of vehicles, personal turnout of staff are all carried out as per accepted norms.
- All vehicles are equipped with mobile phones. The control room will be established in the client premises, manned with trained professionals working 24/7. Our trained control room supervisors will co-ordinate all pickups and drops, constantly track the vehicles from point to point, and communicate with the drivers on all updates of additional pickups and drops.
- Backup vehicles will strategically position in different parts of the city to be dispatched on a quick response basis in the event of breakdowns or additional pickups during the shift times.
- Comprehensive daily log reporting vehicle wise and trip wise with actual number of employees picked up, are generated on a daily basis and sent out to operations / administration in your format.
Support requirements from client’s end: –
- All changes in drops / additional pickups can be accommodated, provided an intimation is done 4 hours in advance, through email.
- All process managers or representatives should have an operational review meeting with managers on a weekly basis to continuously improve the efficiency.
